Caurum S.r.l. is a chemical company specialized in the recovery, refining and transforming of precious metals and valuable waste materials.

It is particularly concerned with the recovery of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium and iridium.

The company has an ESG performance corresponding to a “High” range with a score of 64/100.

In particular, in the reference year of the analysis, Caurum has obtained a high-profile opinion with regard to “Environmental” areas and “Social” areas.

With regard to the analysis of the environmental profile, the Company records positively the presence of an environmental policy and the Achievement of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications. The entire business model of the Company assumes a strong circular connotation: the main activities of the company have in fact the objective of extending the life cycle of precious metals and wastes.

In parallel, Caurum also records positive performance on the Energy consumption: indicators of energy intensity and emissions show better performance than the sample of reference.

As part of its management system, the Company has outlined a plan for improvement, including objectives related to the environmental field and the use of self-produced energy.
